Back in ICELAND! Exploring Reykjavik & The Golden Circle in Summer
After two years, I’m finally back in one of my favourite countries – ICELAND! Last time, I explored this breathtaking island in winter, but now I’m here in summer to experience a completely different side of the Land of Fire and Ice. This time, I’m embarking on an epic two-week road trip around the entire Ring Road in a 4×4 with my travel friends, aiming to make this adventure as budget-friendly as possible!
We kick things off in Reykjavik, where I revisit some of my favourite spots – only this time, without the snow! No trip to Iceland is complete without a relaxing dip in the Blue Lagoon, and then we set off on the ultimate Golden Circle road trip!
Summer in Iceland is just as unpredictable as winter, and this episode is proof of that. From Reykjadalur Hot Springs to Kerid Crater, Gullfoss, Geysir, Thingvellir National Park, and Bruarfoss, we’re exploring some of Iceland’s most iconic sights—just a few hours from the capital!
