Known for its day-drinking, night-drinking and drinking in general, Dublin is quite the place.
Dublin is the capital of the Republic of Ireland – that is the country which isn’t part of the United Kingdom and the one that uses the euro (just in case you didn’t know).
I will be setting foot in Irish territory for the first time and at the end of the rainbow is Dublin.
Will I get a pot of gold? Probably not, but there is an important reason for visiting this bustling city.
I applied for Camp Canada in 2019, passed the interview and paid for my medical and police forms etc. Now is the next step: get hired.
I am attending a job fair on Sunday 19th January, to secure my role at a camp in Canada this Summer!
Canada is just one of those places you can fall in love with through static images and the fact that they have moose roaming about.
So this general reason has a sub-benefit which is getting time to explore the Irish capital on Janaury 18th.

With many crowded bars during the evening and lovely buildings to gleam at in awe during the day, Dublin will make for an epic visit!
This series will have two blogs posted up 18th and 19th, respectively. I hope you want to join me on this exciting adventure where I make the next move towards my dream visit to the country of Maple Syrup.
Along with these blogs, expect one featured vlog on the city uploaded on my YouTube channel.
Unlike other travel vlogs of mine, I am going to try and capture this city professionally.
What this means is, I am going to put my film-making skills to the test and shoot my camera to see the crispness of the city. With B-roll and post-production colour grading, expect this video to be one of my best; and the start to a new chapter of my vlogging style.
This is all a method in a new project I am starting soon, so look forward too that.
Anyways, I’ll see y’all tomorrow with the first blog! Farewell with you!
