LOST IN NEWS: The Lost In Travel Newsletter Launches TODAY
Oh god, I’m feeling all the emotions today and don’t know how to put them into words.
“So, why are you writing a blog. Something that contains lots of words?” I hear you ask.
Well, I’m still unsure but I can assure you that I will hit the nail at some point in this post. With a relatively large detour to get there… obviously.

It’s May 1st, do you know what that means?
Today, Monday 1st May 2023, is a day I have been waiting forever to reach. Well, maybe not forever, but it definitely feels like it. Mayday is the day that I have chosen to embark on my ultimate interrailing journey across Europe SOLO to see new sights and enjoy the feeling of a post-academic world.
Yes, I have completed the rather large task of University and am now fully prepared for the life of a digital nomad. For 2 months at least.
This HUGE trip has totally whacked me with lots of different feelings. Excitement. Anxiety. Motivation. Determination. Overwhelming. A hint of awkwardness. I really don’t know how to wrap up how I am feeling being on this adventure (I am currently on a train down to my first destination: London) but I guess I will discover how to handle each individual emotion at a time.
Oh, and I have put myself to the task to write a blog about it that will go live TOMORROW. Eeeeek.
Ultimately, this is a 2-month trip of my wildest dreams and maybe even wilder than that. So, there will be lots of information to share that may be challenging to format into a blog or Instagram caption. Therefore, I am announcing something that I have wanted to release for so long…

The Lost In Travel Newsletter: LOST IN NEWS
Lost In News is officially being launched RIGHT NOW. Previously, I have personally enjoyed being signed up for random newsletters. Whether they are discussing travel or photography tips, giving me recommendations on how to get a girlfriend (they haven’t worked as of yet but I’ve been told tip 8 will surprise me) or Historic Scotland demanding I visit some of their really old castles, these newsletters fill my brain with relentless knowledge that I didn’t know I wanted or needed.
Due to this, I have always aspired to create my own. A place where some of my most loyal followers can gain extra tidbits from my adventures that I may not share with a public platform. This is the Lost In Travel Newsletter and you can sign up here:
This newsletter is going to provide relatable topics that are there to inspire and showcase my shenanigans around the world. It will keep you updated on my life and also gift some of the teachings I’ve discovered on the road to you guys.

I want it to also share travel, photography or editing tips I’ve learnt along the way and if at least one person learns something new with each episode, then this newsletter is a success.
Currently, I am aiming to deliver the newsletter to the inboxes of everyone who signs up at least once a week. With me on the road, I mean on the rails, I have a lot to say. A LOT. Therefore, a weekly announcement that I’m still alive would let me go a bit more in-depth on each individual day as I’m certainly packing a lot in. Not just in my case but in my itinerary also.
Additionally, I want to offer a price breakdown for anyone curious who are wanting to follow in my shoes on one of the many European locomotives but has no idea how to budget. Don’t worry, I don’t know either but a price breakdown should help put things into perspective a bit. For you and me.
Literally, I am excited to see this section the most for my own benefit of seeing how much my bank account has had a heart attack over these next few months.
Lastly, I would love to deliver something much more than just a pile of words to anyone that signs up. Just to give extra evidence I appreciate all of the support. So, eventually, keep your eyes peeled on little gifts such as a downloadable print, phone wallpapers or even a free preset to help you edit your shots like mine.

Sign Up For A Weekly Announcement That I’m Still Alive
I wish that this blog has sold why you should sign up for my regular Newsletter. It is free and will offer a ton of information on me and the travels I’ll be on. You will truly be Lost In News.
So sign up by filling in your email here and keep your eyes peeled for next week when I give my initial breakdown of week one of Interrailing Europe.
*Reminder: This newsletter could go for a detour into your spam folders because Google might be a bit confused about why it is going to so many people. Tell them it is because you are all worried that I will be eating pasta every day for the next 2 months.
